• 750 gms boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inches cubes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 5 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • salt & pepper to season
  • 1 tablespoon oil

curd mixture:

  • ½ cup thick curd
  • ¼ cup grated cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • salt to taste


  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 12 lettuce cups


  1. To a large bowl add chicken breast, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper. Using a spoon mix all the ingredients together until the chicken is coated.
  2. Heat a large grill pan or a skillet to medium heat. Add in oil and then the seasoned chicken breast. Cook chicken for 2-4 minutes per side until they are no longer pink. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the meantime, to a small bowl add thick curd, cucumber, lemon juice, coriander leaves, garlic paste and salt to taste. Using a spoon mix everything together. Keep aside.
  4. Assemble the Lettuce Wraps: to one lettuce cup add 3-4 cubes of chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced onion and a dollop of curd mixture. Repeat process.
