INGREDIENTS
- 12 chicken wings
- 200 gm hot sauce
- 100 gm butter
- 2 tsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of garlic paste
- 100 gm of flour
- ½ tsp of white vinegar
- 1 tsp of cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- a pinch of sugar
- oil
DIRECTIONS
1.- Cut and prepare the wings.
2.- Place them in a bowl. season them with salt and pepper and add the flour, and optionally 1 tsp of chili powder. Mix all well with hands and keep in the fridge for about one hour
3.- Then, fry the chicken wings. Fry them for about 10 minutes, until they are browned.
4.- Simultaneously make the hot sauce. In another deep pan put the butter and melt it over low heat. Then add hot sauce,a pinch of sugar, vinegar, 1tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of chilli powder, and cornstarch. Mix all ingredients while cooking over low heat for about 10 minutes.
5.- Remove the chicken wings from the oil and put them on paper towel.
6.- Finally, mix the wings with hot sauce and serve immediately.
