SOUR CREME DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • Hung curd – 1Tbsp
  • Low fat cream – ½ cup
  • Salt – pinch

DIRECTIONS

  1. Warm the cream. It should feel neither be too warm nor too cold.
  2. In a small bowl, beat up the hung curd, till smooth.
  3. Add the hung curd and salt to the cream and stir to mix well.
  4. Cover the container and keep aside to set.
  5. Place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set further.
  6. It can be used as a dip or as a spread for your toasts.
