INGREDIENTS
- Hung curd – 1Tbsp
- Low fat cream – ½ cup
- Salt – pinch
DIRECTIONS
- Warm the cream. It should feel neither be too warm nor too cold.
- In a small bowl, beat up the hung curd, till smooth.
- Add the hung curd and salt to the cream and stir to mix well.
- Cover the container and keep aside to set.
- Place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set further.
- It can be used as a dip or as a spread for your toasts.
