INGREDIENTS
- Boiled chick peas – 1 cup
- Garlic – 1 Tbsp
- Salt & Pepper – To taste
- Olive oil – 1 Tbsp
- Lime juice – 2-3 Tbsp
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
DIRECTIONS
- To the boiled chick peas, add garlic, salt and pepper and blend it in a mixer.
- Add olive oil, chilli powder, lemon juice and blend again.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
- Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle red chilli powder before serving.
