INGREDIENTS

  • Boiled chick peas – 1 cup
  • Garlic – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt & Pepper – To taste
  • Olive oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Lime juice – 2-3 Tbsp
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. To the boiled chick peas, add garlic, salt and pepper and blend it in a mixer.
  2. Add olive oil, chilli powder, lemon juice and blend again.
  3. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle red chilli powder before serving.
