#Winter Special That street-style Clear Chicken Soup!!
This Winter, chicken clear soup is easiest way to prevent cold and cough. This soup is usually prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (about 2 green onions)
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Chicken pieces (finely diced into very small cubes)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add chicken broth, ground ginger and soy sauce to a saucepan; bring to a simmer.
  2. Add finely diced chicken to the simmering mixture.
  3. Slowly stream in beaten eggs while stirring the soup in one direction.
  4. Add green onions, lemon juice,Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately
