#Winter Special That street-style Clear Chicken Soup!!
This Winter, chicken clear soup is easiest way to prevent cold and cough. This soup is usually prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (about 2 green onions)
- salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- Chicken pieces (finely diced into very small cubes)
DIRECTIONS:
- Add chicken broth, ground ginger and soy sauce to a saucepan; bring to a simmer.
- Add finely diced chicken to the simmering mixture.
- Slowly stream in beaten eggs while stirring the soup in one direction.
- Add green onions, lemon juice,Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately
