OAT, FLAXSEED AND CHIA LADDOO

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flax meal ( Ground flax seed)
  • 1/3 cup toasted coconut optional
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts (chopped )
  • 1/2 cup butter/ghee
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Chill for 15 minutes in the freezer.
  • Roll into balls about 1-inch in size.
  • Roll in chia seeds and serve.
